Below are the key people involved in attacking Sir Rahi's properties, paintings, assets, and his son through various allegations, threats, and lawsuits. They have used Sir Rahi's bank savings that they captured from Sir Rahi's own bank accounts against his son. They were able to do that because of Hajra having joint ownership of the accounts.
Perpetrator - 1
Hajra Mansoor (Hajra Zuberi) comes from the Zuberi family, she is an artist with a long history of professional jealousy against her sister Rabia Zuberi (late) and her own husband Mansoor Rahi (late). Even though she was dearly loved and cared by her husband, she remained jealous of his successes and continuously being overshadowed professionally due to her mediocre work, specially when compared to her husband.
Sir Rahi always supported her, he taught her how to paint and supported her financially.
When her sister Rabia Zuberi, a renowned artist got her national award and then Sir Rahi received a national award as well. Hajra was very upset and Sir Rahi used his influence to qualify her for a national-level award which she was unable to qualify for initially.
Hajra who mistreated her husband at home was not only selling Sir Rahi's work without his knowledge when he was ill and bedridden, but she also destroyed several of his painting out of jealousy and anger.
She is now spearheading several lawsuits against her own son as he is Sir Rahi's biggest support that remains and is a blocker in their asset liquidation plan that she is forcefully trying to execute along with her daughter and son-in-law.
By publicly executing such malicious plans against her own son, Hajra has not only destroyed her own name but has proven to be one of the worst examples of being a mother the world has witnessed in present times.
Hajra, despite of having many close relatives and family members including some of her closest blood relatives living near her house, has given her legal 'Power of Attorney' to the kabza group head Wahid Shakoor, who is Hajra's > daughter's (Saima) > husband's (Jawad Moiz) > father's (Moiz Malik) > sister's > husband. And key member of the Jawad Moiz group. Hajra claims that this person has the right to do whatever he wants with whatever is hers.
Perpetrator - 2
Saima Malik who also uses other names including Saima Rahi, Saima Mansoor, Saima Mansoor Rahi, Syma Malik - is Sir Rahi's daughter and wife of Jawad Moiz Malik. She and her husband are the masterminds behind these attacks on Sir Rahi's properties, assets, and his son. Saima has apparently been working on the plan since a few years and was waiting for her father to pass away.
Originally a supporter of Imran Khan in the US, she started maligning Pak Army by trying to involve them into the situation and alleged them of helping her in land-grabbing. Some of the evidence is captured in the 'Threats' section of the journal.
She later tried to use her influence on PMLN to do the same and has no moral standing. She will use whoever and whatever means.
However, she earned a bad reputation with various religious segments in the country due to her aggressive attitude, disrespect of her father's grave, and disrespectful words and vocabulary that is deemed against the religion. Saima will need to learn that not everything can be achieved through money and power.

Perpetrator - 3
Jawad Moiz Malik is one of the main perpatrators and masterminds. He is the Chief Information Officer at Barrings - An investment firm - Web address: https://www.barings.com/en-us/institutional
He along with his wife have been planning these malicious attacks since 2022. He has been using his resources to dislodge Sir Rahi's grave, so he can sell the property. He also engaged in law-and-order situation. In Murree, he allegedly assaulted locals who were trying to stop him from disrespecting the grave (Sep 2024).
He assaulted the locals and engaged in physical altercation and violence in September 2024 that occurred on the Islamabad-Murree highway in Musyari Murree between him and some of the locals.
Jawad Moiz lives in Connecticut USA and work in Charlotte, North Carolina at the Barrings office - but has visited Pakistan a few times after Sir Rahi's death to forcefully takeover and liquidate the properties. He and his wife were not present at the funeral services.
Perpetrator - 4
Wahid Shakoor is a relative of Jawad Moiz. However, Saima Malik claims that he is her father-in-law. Which is incorrect, her real father-in-law lives in the USA with Saima, Jawad, and Hajra.
Wahid Shakoor is a property dealer/investor and a resident of sector I-8 in Islamabad. He has been providing them support in property and land grabbing and threatening people.
An FIR is lodged against this individual in a case involving theft, property damage, and disturbing law and order.
Perpetrator - 5
Abdul Rehman is a nephew of Wahid Shakoor and his sidekick who has been helping them with manpower, threats, and in land grabbing. He is a resident of Rawalpindi.
